Shouldn't there be a link for "Contact Us" on the left hand side? maybe just under view?

Llewi, how can it be abused by simply putting it on the side? Yea makes it more visible, but it means you wouldn't have to go digging through help sections to find it.

Or maybe even placing a "Contact Us" link under all the other links in the help section. or even next to the Terms of service and Privacy policy links at the bottom??

Abusin the contact us link, thats why it was removed .. people would spam aload of emails through to Nick and Simon which would cause them to waste time to read them if their spam or same post's over and over results in "abusin" so they later rmoved it from a normal link and only put it where it was needed ( privacy policy, help topics ) so on..

I agree with llewi.

There are certain hot-headed users who would constantly contact admin about absolutely any old trivia in the heat of the moment.

If the button is there, on the game, they will be sending in pointless contacts all the time - which wastes admin time when they could be answering proper queries.

If the comment is really worth making, they will click a couple of buttons and go through help. But the serial-spur-of-the-moment contacters don't generally do this, cos they either can't be bothered or they've calmed down by the time they get there.
