How do you delete the cookies. When someone first told me to do this i thought they were talkng food!! But iv been informed that my pc might run more smoother if i delete my cookies every week!

Also why we are the subject of my stupidity- has anybody heard of the virus aboutblank: It claims to be from micosoft i think and gets into your computer, it tried with mine but luckily i run norton on my pc which seemed to deal with it!

Be aware that using the internet explorer delete cookies and delete history etc doesn't clear them out very well. Better just to browse to windows\cookies and delete everything manually (takes less clicks too!)

I dont reccomend deleting cookies tho, only makes browsing more awkward, and they are completely harmless...

Your PC might just be in need of a good Defrag! Try that.........
