Yes, alot of people had said now that we need a bit more suggestions for that as someone said before "No reason" whats that all about.

(I would guess)Its to make you realise that if your complaint doesn't match one of those mentioned, you should think twice about reporting it, because compared to those, its not that serious.

Best just to ignore and be happy that you are a better person than them, and that your revenge will be when they end up banged up or homeless

Well, what's wrong with just using contact us? You can actually type your complaint, rather than just referring to a set reason.

Thats the idea - you are either reporting something serious that warrants investigation, and if its not one of those things it simply isnt that serious!

If its not bad enough for you to bother typing a detailed description in the contact section then clearly you are doing what the complain button says - complaining for no reason!

(remember presistant complaining is a bannable offence too....)

I think they just put the "No Reason" on there and then that send to like the junk folder or something lol.

We cannot take one member's word over another and hence cannot take action when we get a complaint through contact us.

Please remember send complaint is for the most serious offences only. These offences are for chat comments, not cheating / bad sportsmanship etc. In my opinion, the reasons currently there cover all the most serious chat offences.
