Send Complaint is a way for members to raise a complaint about comments originating from another member. The complaint sends the entire chat from your text window, allowing the moderating team to take action against the offending party if it is required.

We read every complaint sent in turn. Racist behaviour will lead to a banning. Abuse / swearing / threats can lead from a note being put on the players account upto a ban if the user has been in trouble a number of times before.

If 2 people are arguing and giving as well as getting this is often ignored, or sometimes noted on both the complainant and the accused accounts.

You will not receive feedback from your complaint. The only way you can see if your complaint generated a banning is to keep checking by viewing the player (and we can take upto 1 week to get to the complaint).

In the last 4 months we have banned over 70 players from complaints sent (so about 1 player every 2 days).

i think its a good post as i have often wondered what happens with send complaint and how its dealt with.
