my uncle is a an accountent and he says nobody will by for 1 billion but he should take it down to 20 millions and process the site and advertise it and seel it snext year for 40 million

Well, its not actually for sale in the first place. Its hard to value these things You can never be sure of the continued popularity of the site, or of new competitors who may enter the sector. Although, i think it is possible someone would purchase it for 1 billion dollars....

hmmm, it is the fastest growing internet site ever, and gets millions of hits daily, advertising on that will make a fortune, but if it is going to get a billion dollars its going to have to get rid of some of the more x rated videos, like the soldier being shot and the bloke eating a live mouse

Just incase u didnt know. Google actually paid for youtube, with 1.5billion worth of google shares. Which are not allowed to be sold. No money passed hands. Only partial ownership of google for full ownership of youtube.
