Has happened to me again just now on latest 9 ball..

clicked invite but nothing there :-S .. anyone help?

The invite will be automatically removed after 3.5 minutes.

The time is recorded using your computer clock, which very occasionally can be changed by updating with the Microsoft time server (or potentially by other software). Do either of you ever manually change your computers time? Or have noticed any other time problems for your computer? Also, are you sure you've set the correct timezone?

hi nick, the problem what happens is that the invite appears then within 10 seconds you try and click it and it will not let you , the invite is still there though.

Are you telling us we can just keep notching our comps clocks back every couple mins and make the opponant wait forever?

Do you mean just the highlighted invite button dissapears? (but you can still accept the invite by clicking "play online game" and selecting "invites")

Well, that would keep the invite visible on your PC, however the server would still disqualify you after 3 minutes non attendance.

Thats what it sounds like.

I remember a while ago, someone had a trick, they put their clock forward 15 mins and it logged them out the game within seconds!!

no the highlight button stays there but your not allowed to click it stays there for the full 3 mins then goes
