You have all seen Talktalk from Carphone warehouse. Well we got a bill and my dad payed for it straight away no problem and then they sent us a second bill about 4 days later then my dad ignored it as it was the same as the bill from before. So a few weeks later my net goes off, phoneline, and a court letter comes through the door. So my dad rang them up and they said the money was for the internet. But how could it have been the net was free. But anyway enough of that, so he went up to the shop in town and he showed them the letter and the receipt from the bill. So they said right the line will be on soon within a week 2 weeks ago). so a week passed and still nothing, so he went up again and they said another week so this brought me to Monday this week. And he rang up again but still nothing. So then he rang BT up and got there package in no problems. So i am now on dial up and waiting for my bb to reactivate. Should be on within a week.

Why would be away for three weeks wreck your chances?
If you applied three weeks ago then you're still in the running, it takes upto 6 weeks to process applicants.
O, and, i wont, i'll stick with NTL

Suppose your right but i thought if i had an unmeaningful break it may affect my chances by showing i wasn't dedicated. Anyway its all good now should be back on broadband soon so look forward to seeing you all again

BT Broadband's good Hasn't let me down! much

Its always dodgy when you get involved with those "free calls" type deals..

For a while i got bills from Tiscai, Sky and BT all for the same calls!

(interestingly, despite the "good deals" offered, BT were by far the cheapest - something i was happy to point out to the other two!)
