Depends on the offence. If someone is spamming I think a 'mute' option would work fine.

With rascist comments I feel the user should be booted as the offence is more severe.

And yes, the racism offence should be like, a permanent ban.

nah racial comments should be treated serverly and auto boot weather thats everyone opion or not i dont know thats what i would do
