he keeps pm me telling me 2 quit the site evertime i log in and he continues 2 swear and abuse me.

i have not provoked him and the moderators and admins can comfirm that when they look at the chat logs.

i have sent complaints and nothing is being done. when i was doing wot he done... i got banned or booted...but he continues 2 get away with it

It's been explained to both of you to use ' send complaint' if you have a problem, but i can't understand why you don't just ignore each other, or am i missing something?
