It is something that also bugs me, however in my opinion nothing can be done as people should have a privelidge to play everyone else.
The worst thing out of everything is when i have my game title "pros only please", a 700 rank comes in and i politely ask him to leave and he asks me if im scared, get that a lot

Not much you can do about that poolcue. Best thing is politely ask them to leave. Usually they will go, if they know you aren't going to start a game.
If you're rude to them, they will stay just to annoy you.
