There was a suggestion by Admin a while ago about the possibility of conflcts between the latest versions of Java and ATI GFX cards causing severe lag.

I've managed to prove this to be the case by swapping cards, but everyone cant be exected to do that just so they can play!

However, i've found this site offering alternative drivers and they seem to cure the problem! YAY!

This Works with my All in Wonder card - but hopefully will help out anyone else having problems.
