the graphics in uk 8 ball pool arn't tht good like with the pockets i was thinkin tht they could be made better thnx

I wouldn’t go that far personally, but i would consider kidnaps, ransoms etc.

And yeah, it's got bucket loads of character!!

The UK pool's the only thing that keeps me coming back...apart from the people of course ^_^

I agree with Squeezy, this game is unique and that draws more people. The crosshair is unique, and the pulling down and up of the mouse also adds to the simplicity of the game, which makes it easy to play.

lol spinner i was never on poolsharks Well I have been but I started on here if you know what i mean.

If i'd played this many over there aswell I would surely be in a mental home by now

Why not have a choice of UK tables,as there is on the snooker site?

uk pool wouldn't be the same if the pockets etc... was changed.

US 8Ball is basically the same as UK 8Ball (apart from the pocket sizes, table colour and the balls are stripes and solids instead of reds and yellows). If it's more realistic graphics you're after, perhaps US 8Ball is your answer .

You could also have a look over to http://www.funkysnooker.com and try the arcade table there..

If anything is done, it should be an addition, not a replacement...

Not only should the table change so should the rules. I dont understand why "old" rules are used, they were changed like 20 yrs ago. Get a new table and current rules would be nice also.

50,000 players
lets say:
10,000 went to funkysnooker ull time
20,000 don't play anymore
10,000 play uk 8 ball
7,500 play us 8 ball
2,500 play us 9 ball
and to be honest I would half the firgures of active members.
My point is, the more versions added (ie. simulation pool) the more divided players are. As it is you can hardly get a ranked game of 9 ball, anither version would be detrimental to game play!

Nowt wrong with choice, UK 8 ball sucks.

The way the pockets stick out is unique, it offers something different to other sites, i fthe table changed then most current player's ratings would not be a fair representation of their ability, the rules are fine and its called funkypool, not mustfollowallrulespool.

I also dont understand why people complain about the pockets being too big and then missing them repeatedly when trying to pot in them.
