just had an idea pop into my head, why dont users have the ability to delete their own posts like myspace has?
therefore YOU can delete the post as can the admins.

Effectively you can, just go in to it and edit it all away!

admin deleting offensive posts is fair play, cant see ne reaon y a decent post need to be removed by originator ne way

i agree with deleting the posts, i've had some that i posted that i realised i was a retard in them, or said somethign i take back, would be nice to delete posts. i'm not saying that mods shouldn't be able to, cuz thats there job, just would be nice if we could delete our own too.

I agree too, members should have the power to remove their own posts.

This could only apply if it was the last post in the thread, if someone has replied after it, you shouldn't be able to delete it, that would just be plain stupid!

I would certainly be tidier that the current trend of "post removed" edits..
