Save record/Start new

I got a little idea!

Well I was thinking that can we save our record and start a new one for a competition?
Say you saved your record, you have to wait 7days to get back to your proper record or you can stay on the new one?

What do you think?

Seems a resonable idea PK.

This should help avoid casual multi-using, and people deleting accounts just to re-sign etc...
