yes sir, it definitely is Latin. I really wish I could take this class.

"Te toca!!" The Heineken ad where the guy gets deported from Florida to Havana and has all the bottles of Heineken in his bag. He throws the empty bag to his buddy and says "Te toca!" or something. Yes? No?

It would have to be Scots Gaelic (or Gàidhlig) (is that spelled right?) although it looks very much like Irish. But then they did start off as the same language. Eaglais na h-Alba would therefore mean the Church of Scotland, or something.
