i dont think its fair if you're playing someone then you lose due to connection problems.

fair enough if you leave on your own accord.

This has been mentioned before, but there is simply no way to tell the difference.

As Nick mentioned in a previous thread, there are a couple of minutes (cant remember exactly) of leeway, which should be enough time for even the poorest of dialup connections to re-connect...
