i think it would be great if u can fix this problem. I think its impossible when a ball is placed like in snooker a touching ball and u can hit it with a lot of backspin. in real pool its also impossible

yep, i understand why its called 'funky' now.

just remember, snooker and pool in real life, some shots are just plain impossible.

I'm sure i read about this being one of the proposed improvements in the coming soon's at one point. (but its late and i'm too lazy to hunt for it!)

I hope it doesn't change, i like being able to do impossible shots, makes it more fun

I would suspect these changes would only be made to the US and proper snooker tables. Adding a feature like that to the UK game would be like giving Camilla Parker-Bowles-Windsor a nose job....
