What channel do people think provides the best world cup build up? commentry? and so on!!! ITV1 or BBC1

For me it has to be BBC1 because ian wright is wicked so is alan hansen!!!

i think BBC1, also the ads every 5 minutes on ITV1 can just be a little bit annoying

BBC1 is the clear winner. Hansen is as fantastic as ever and they should employ O'Neill more. And is there a better entertainer than Ian Wright?

ITV are rubbish. Cases in point - Steve Rider, Ruud Gullit, Clive Tyldesley, David Pleat.

BBC1 won it for me. O'neill and co know what they are talking about.

I couldn't stand motson tho. He complained throughout the entire portugal v france quarter final. At 1 point he even said " I'm not being bitter, but he desrved that for his part in the Wayne Rooney sending off, so a bit of justice there".....he was referring to the bloke who'd had his nuts stamped on

Yeah but John Motson is a moron coming up with ridiculas sayings. They should make Jonothan Pearce the main commentator, Motty is useless now.
