Back when I used to be on the site way too often for it to be healthy there were mods online (at least 1) for around 70% of the time that I was online.

During the afternoon and early hours of the morning where the times when no mods being present occured the most.

I'm not too up to date with the current situation but if a mod or admin could be on at this time of day (or a current problem time) and see who is on the most, is most supportive etc. then a choice could be made quite easily.

I think that having a scout or two for finding suitable candiadates for a moderating account may be a good idea. (These people could be current members of the staff team or other respected users)

maybe we could have a reply to every complaint we send, I'm sure that it would make a lot of people happy to know that its being dealt with.

Moderating actions are private, however keep an eye on the player who you complained about and you will be able to see whether they are banned or not. People are not usually banned for a single complaint, unless it's of a racial nature.

thats very true nick, i once complained about a certain user, next day i saw his stats reset and his other username banned, along with ANOTHER one of his usernames.

so i was happy with that, he got what he deserved

You know there are some great guys in Australia who would make excellent mods(great temperament) and they are around early each morning(London time).I play them most days in the 5.00 AM tourney.Specifically i am thinking of the likes of sherbert.

true m8...theres a lot of worthy mods out there, just a case of getting noticed doing the good deed lol.
