i have to admit you's are doing a great job at making this site better than ever

will you be asking for proof that people are over the age of 16, if not i think you should be, last thing i want is to be getting told what to do of an 9 year old kid.

Good to see the admins are always looking to improve wherever they can.

Nice idea , It shows who can properly do the job and the maturity of the Mod's with the "needs" to be a mod... Hope it "roots" a certain user out with those needs above , I say that but our moderating team is near enough spot on as it is!
