I think we should have an area on the homepage that presents the player of the day inside a box that is visible to everybody...we could even have the worst player against the best player to promote the different levels of skill

people know who are the best players and im sure the worst players dont want to have there noses rubbed in it.

I think its a great idea , not only could you shame a few pros but you could have a newbie on that board . I think this would make people feel more accomplished and if its possible you could have a history of the best player of the day underneath it .

Player of the day sounds alright but as tidnab said shaming players is not the right thing to do.
