ok how bout this one........world cup pool style....the top 50 ranked players could be divided up into leagues of 5. top 2 players of the league progress to a k-o stage and it goes from there........i like this one!!!

It sounds ok, but I think it has been syggested before a while back, or something like it anyway. Only problem being the top 50 ranked players is always changing, so when you pick the top 50, they might change very quickly after.

Like the idea, would be interesting if it happened!
