i think it would be a big improvemrnt if the pointer was changed. insted of the 2 lines it would be alot nicer to use an actual ball for the pointer,this would make lineing up the shots more reslistic and less difficult.Or make it an option to select witch pointer you want to use....

I'd like to have a custom cursor, but (early versions of) Java do not support hiding the windows cursor.

1 possibility is to show the crosshair pointer with an outline showing the ball size underneath...
