Liverpool needed some sort of "english" player back as the amount of foreigners there was getting ridiculous. Should be a good one as l'pool strikers ar not exactly hitting the roof. Didn't he get sacked by Houllier for doing that "cocaine" celebration , anyway i hope he does well and isn't just left as a sub.

I think his goal against Man Utd proves hes no where near past it. Probably lacking fitness but the finishing is still there

The reason Fowler has been in the Reserves is due to his injury!

He aint past it, far from it infact....that Shearer should of retired last year mind!!

now i dont like scousers but iv always liked fowler for some reason, however i thought he should of stayed at man city, and for me he could stil hav a shot at the world cup squad lets face it hes beter than crouch
