hey mate i know that what he has said might frustrate you and i can really understand where you are coming from, but going about it in this manner doesn't seem the write thing to do.

you should ask him politely why he has said this, about his brother in a private message, instead of broadcasting it on the noticeboard, where thousands of people will read it. I know you feel deeply annoyed by it but doing what i have said is probarbly the best way to deal with it. He may be a young child who has an older brother who abuses him with his disability or something along those lines, which may make him feel how he does.

Im not saying that what he said was right, in all fairness i think it was 100% wrong and he shouldn't have done it.
