I have just sent Nick the logs detailing the errors, and would recommend you guys also experiencing this to do the same.

The more input the team receive from us, the more chance of finding a resolution to these minor and infrequent niggles.

This is the Java virtual machine crashing, caused by a bug in the Sun software.

I think the latest version of Java 1.5.0 update 6 is unstable.

If you have Windows XP, v1.1.4 Microsoft Java is very stable, and for funkypool this is fine. (v1.5.0 offers no additional features)

Yep, 1.1.4 is a good version. I have windows XP v1.1.4 java, and iv never had to update it or change versions for any reason (a few re-installments due to some minor irritating bugs/faults) but not a major problem which requires such methods.

I also have v1.4.1 Standard Edition installed on a different user which i think is stable enough too. Slow to load up the server but works well with XP and internet explorer.
