Phillipe i agree with you on one point, the power moderators have is not useful in a 'real life' setting if thats what you meant. Ill give you an imaginary scenario,
Your in a tournament final and a user is harassing you, calling you names and spamming, then they pm you on the black and you miss, wouldnt a moderators power be useful then?

Or your 11 year old daughter gets a pm from a user containing profanities wouldnt it be useful then?

I dont know him so i cant give you an informed answer, when i first joined the site i did find some of his forum posts amusing.

i have been in several rounds/finals of tournies eve and been 'abused' as you put it lol, upon telling a mod the amazing feat of NOTHING happened. when i reported it again after the game i got told there was nothing i could do. for me the mods only get involved when they are present at the location of the abuse. when they are called upon exactly nothing happens in my experience. i'm not saying your all the same but one in particular is a waste of oxygen. you seem quite bothered about what happens though eve on the forums at least which is good, i hope you are the same if the scenarios you described happen.

raiden used to give me some right crap, always trying to put me off when i played him, always calling me names and abusing me lol. but i'd rather have him here than not. shame he is banned.
