We reply to every mail sent, and we reply within 3-7 days. We don't resend in case of failure, and remember the mails may go straight through to your spam/junk folder.

I've just looked through the e mails in my inbox as well as the e mails that I have replied too, and can't find your username anywhere.

I would ask you to re-send the comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Although I don't log onto funkypool as much as I used to, I still regularly use the forum and contact us page to keep updated. I expect I will be on more after the next two weeks, which are pretty important.

The same, I'm afraid, applies to you guess_who. I have no idea what happened, but I definately did not receive any contact from either of you within the last 2 weeks.

Also a couple of reminders about using the contact us page. If you are manually inputting your e mail address, please make sure you get it completely right, because sometimes I get e mails bounced back to me saying wrong e mail address, mailbox full etc.

If you are logged in and are using the contact us page, the reply will go to the address that you registered with on this site. Please make sure that this is your current e mail address and that you check that for your reply.

Also, as Nick said above, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes mail providers incorrectly believe we are junk mail.
