Admins higher than a Moderator, they have higher capabilities eg. banning/capping forums.

to me the difference is that admins can boot mods but mods cant boot admins lol easy as dat

admins can basically do anything, moderators can only ban people. (i think)

Moderators can only boot people and give out warnings. If you want more information then contact a moderator or admin.
