i'm confused, why is the word reason in blocked capitals? oh yeh, use contact us form blah blah etc..

I dont find capitals annoying, they are there to highlight things, but they should be used in the right way and the right time or they can do get annoying. its something sort of a post script at the end of the letter-- to draw your attention
