Your user session has been lost. This can be caused by 30 minutes of inactivity, a server restart, or a browser security setting (ensure cookies are enabled).

I get that message repetively even though cookies are enabled and I've also tried deleting some, it only seems to happen on certain user names though.

Do you use Internet Explorer? And if so, do you open Explorer by opening a normal windows folder and typing the name in the address? If so, that's a bug in Windows. Else, can you detail the operating system and browser here?

Actually it shouldn't matter whether cookies are enabled or not so I will update that error message.

They both look fine to me... you can manually resize the window after opening by extending the bottom right corner.

To gain maximum size for you I would try this:

And by moving the top panel above the top bit of the window you could get even more size.

You are using very low resolution though. You should increase it. If you then find icons and text to small you should increase them as well. Basically you are only using 50% of your monitors power.
