hi nick can you help me out please when i play a game sometimes the screen go's black and i get logged out, or i can see the screen but the balls dont move until the next shot , but they never move. i cant really explain it that well. can you give me a tip?

Hey there. I'm not nick, obviously, but I may be able to help ;)

have you tried reinstalling your java? I recommend using java version 1.4.2, as this is the most stable version I've worked with.

This may also fix those problems you stated above, considering the fact that it sounds like a java client error.

Failing this, maybe you've a shortage of required memory needed for the applet (game) to run.

If you wish, you could state your operating system, speed and RAM amount, this may help with more precise support.

Until then, If you wish to go for the reinstall, then I wish you luck and hope it fixes the problems.

if it goes black if you maxamize your screen then minamise it , it should work if your screens already maximized minamize then maximize it - this usally works with me

If its a matter of the balls not moving/freezing than try to do as jamel explained above. If your being logged out than it could be a poor connection or it may be due to you java settings depending if you use dial-up. Update your java as this can be a reliable solution to your problem as nax explained. If this doesn't work than i suggest you try troubleshoot as it may be an error in your system. Note that troubleshoot will not cure the problem but only identify it and give a possible suggestion.
