wrong the used and slipknot are both very good instumentally, check before i forget by slipknot and i caught fire by the used, the instruments are played brilliantly in both, otherwise i see what you mean, add from first to last, from autumn to ashes, still remains, into eternity to the good music part, and more i cba to type but meh.

also, how can you say korn are better instrumentally than slipknot, condradicts yourself really, korn are ok, but average in terms of instrumental talent

it ain't how well they play its whether you like the song.. most of blink 182 songs are the easiest thing to play on guitar but they work as a song.

i agree, and in case you thought i didnt, i didnt say that i agreed with him, just that i see where hes coming from, how can you diss songs like 'stay together for the kids', there excellent, even if they are simple musically.

yeah.. while on the blink 182 topic, their first songs written in '92 are actually harder to play supose cause they aint as poppy.

i seriously would like to know how u can say that slipknot are crap and the who are good, christ.
slipknot have some of the best talent ever, joey, paul and sid are all awsome in their area of music(drums, guitar and bass).

some of the other bands that you mentioned are absolutely awsome aswell though,like iron maiden, trivium, mudvayne, korn etc.

They're all legends, otherwise you wouln't be talking about them.

I don't understand the slack Slipknot got for their last 2 albums either. 'Slipknot' was always going to be hard to beat, but Iowa and The Subliminal Verses certainly didn't disappoint :-)

Surfacing is amazing. (sic) came on in the Krazy House a couple of weeks ago in Liverpool, was awesome. I love it how a lot of my friends liked Wait and Bleed (even though they're into techno, rap etc basically anything but metal).

ok i like green day, but best band on the planet? how can you even create an award like that. replace the word "best" with "most popular/ biggest" and "on the planet" with "at the moment" and you might be closer. i hate kerrang tho, always have done. ever since i saw smells like teen spirit get #1 on the best ever videos thing.
