Idea came into my head which was make one special tournament each week for categories 'newbies only', 'intermediates only' and 'adepts only'.

no i dont like it because someone cud av a usernme wats really gd and yet mke anufer user and go on newbie trnys and easily win it

A good idea in theory, but I agree it's good the way it is.

1) It's good to have a mix - always chance of an upset.
2) Likeliness is you'll play the same people each tourny!
3) There an awful lot of internediates who play in them - might work against any hope of shortening the tournys.

i prefer it is the way now. gives you a challenge

squeezy reply to above. Thats why there would be only 1 special tournament for the categories per week say. So people would know about it just being the 1 of the week. would attract more players entering tournaments too.

Yes i think its a good idea but i say it should go by the rankings as well new-b 728.

why do newbies have to play professionals or adepts in tourniments as i dont think its fair because newbies would not have a chance of winning a game
