Means no one can post on the thread anymore. Basically it means closed.

We use it when we think a thread should be finished because of it being abusive or something similar to that.

We can delete threads, but often it is best to close the thread and let people still read it if they like. We only like to delete threads if its contents are against funkypool rules or that it is spamming.
