First of all, apologies for the late replying from me to anyone who has being using the contact us form. Last week was a vey busy week for me at work and I didn't have time to log on at all. So I am slowly catching up with last weeks e mails and also the new e mails I am getting in. I hope you can stay patient with me!

I am also changing the way we are dealing with the contact us e mails. There will be a certain amount of standard e mails that will help problems and queries that come up a lot. This should leave me free to help out with individual cases a lot better.

The new way I will respond to the contact us e mails will be up and running by the 1st of August and from then you should find the speed and quality of the response a lot better.

I am also adding a weekly staff e mail which will help the staff know what the common problems/comments are that you are sending me. This should improve the site and the job the moderating team do.

Please bear with me until the 1st when it should be ready.

The new system is up and running. If you have contacted me recently and have not received a reply by tomorrow afternoon then please feel free to contact me again as its likely I have missed your mail in the transition. (Sorry!)
