Regarding messages sent via the contact us form we check the email at least twice a week.

In most cases the email is answered immediately. If it is regarding a moderating position we will store the email in a particular folder. Sometimes the email takes longer to answer.

Please can you check the email did not get placed in your spam folder, as by default hotmail and some other web based email will filter through all new addresses to your spam folder. In addition we will not resend messages that are returned due to error (eg if your account is full or your mail server has problems).

I know I answered a lot last night.

Hope you can bear with the admin e mails this week. I'm doing a 66 hour week at work so won't be able to log on/run tournaments/answer admin e mails for the week.
