I had an idea sometimes moderators are not online until a few minutes after the tournament times so why not make the slote in between times e.g 11:00-11:30 so if thay are late for a reason they can still do it.

dunno whether it's possible. What might be possible though, is to keep the tournament slot online for an extra 30 mins before it is automatically deleted. (At the moment, the tournament is auto deleted at the start time of the tournament {if not open or started}. Nick, the site owner, may be able to change this so they're not auto deleted until 30 mins after the start time).

Not really up to me though, i don't own the site.

I do agree though, that we turn up a little bit late once in a while (I was late yesterday due to a traffic delay)

Yes thats a good example and you had to create a new slot but thay could be avoided if it wasnt deleted till 30 or so minutes after the time set.

The idea is to have a fully automated tournament soon, so tournaments will not require a tournament host.

Moderators and admin (if they are online) will be there to help users and check people are not behaving!

Wow so there will always be a tournament no matter what and there wont be a host is that right if it is thats great. Yeah give them a ban for behavin :-D

its a good idea, but like you said, there should be an admin/mod there to keep it clean. it shouldnt be a problem if an admin/mod was late or had to leave for any reason, doesnt bother me but i know what other users are like when this happens
