Just a thought,

Banning people is not very effective because it's easy to change your i.p address.
Instead why not have a penalty system where points are deducted for certain offences. 10 points for minor rule breaking and increased deductions for more severe offences.
Also banning from tournaments for say a week?

banning isnt done on ip, is done on permissions.

i'd say your a cleva man/woman i fink that would b more affective but sum ppl dont care about that stuff ... but for some users that would be a very good punishment

It sounds good, but we do have some sort of system in place. Its not ideal, but it is pretty good. Different actions result in different punishments etc, and most of the time you can have a certain amount of punishments before banning etc. There is a moderator guide up that I wrote about 2 months ago, needs updating though.

They let the bannee come back after a day or 2 anyway, nothing to worry about
