As the title suggests, what ever happened to the mobile app?

With the way the world is now mobile gaming seems the most logical way to progress this site, so what happened to the app?

was there not enough interest from when it was first brought in 12 years ago? Or did it just simply cost too much to fully develop into a proper gaming app rather than just a practice mode?

good question. i remember it.
think it never went further from trial stage. worked but remember, screens were smaller these days also. now it might work but noone seems to care anymore.

there again, as the game is all points oriented, its easier to loose when you play on the phone so noone would really want to try.

if they made the app game separate to from the normal, im sure ppl would play.
