Got a laptop for xmas, its on ie, do I need opera, and what java do I need is it 7 3, and can someone put me links on , to make it easy

Just a browser compatible with Java (firefox works...for now) and Java 8.31 i think it is

aye best bets are mozilla firefow n java 8.31

go to java n click the side selection old java
first paragraph click the blue java archive
scroll down to java 8.30 n install both 32 n 64 bit downloads
