You have to ensure java 8 Update 31 is the only downloaded version of java you have on your system. Can verify through Control Panel (Add/Remove Programs).
Failing that you can check the Disable Verification (certificate) under the Java Control Panel (Advanced Tab) under: Mixed Code (sandboxed vs. trusted) security verification.
