Anybody any suggestions for type of Laptop and where to buy from?
Not looking to spend a fortune, but need summit half decent!

Tech-wise I haven't a clue lol

Laptop I use is an HP Pavilion with 4gb RAM, running Windows 7. Never had any issues with lag

Any computer can work really i use 1.5 GB RAM and only lag on certain ads (normally betting ones). If you want to play other games a minimum of 4 GB RAM is recommended and an 8 GB if you can afford.

I got a refurbed one off ebay mate, £100 works like a gem and got a years warranty

yup for funky i don't think it matters what RAM it is (larger will reduce lag though) for other games it has a minimum and recommended, some games are 2 GB minimum, 4 GB recommended and others can be double.

really depends if you plan on playing other games

For all the spare time I have it's very basic and limited usage. Email, funky and window shopping lol

basically any computer will do then as funky is an old machine site (where name came from). would recommend a 4 GB laptop

If its just funky and browsing....you can slam her upto 8GB ram
