Rules will be up to any member to post with suggestions and if i think any will add something i would implement and if i think of any that i want i would post advising at start of the season as normal. So same as current for any rule changes.

Further to all the posts regarding who will be running the leagues next season.
I have been approached by _knightmare_ requesting that i have a re-think and reconsider my decision regarding quitting the leagues. He believes that having the leagues run by someone else other than a moderator would be to the detriment of the leagues.
We have had a discussion and he is willing to do all the schedules, posting requesting team lists, updating subs, results, tables, website etc. He is looking to do this and will try and get a couple others to assist him (dgeneratio who has excel live update lists that will assist and hopefully make it easier etc) If others wish to put names forward to assist, please feel free to message, i have always been willing to allow any player as long as they have played clan leagues for a couple of seasons the chance to help if they want to and i would like this to continue as i believe that everyone should be given the chance.
I am happy with this new set up and believe he will do a decent job as since he asked to help this season he has been very good, which is probably just as well as i lost my best helper (sarah) in the process when i accepted him to assist.
I would remain as the overall league runner and all other decisions would be taken by me and only me just exactly the same as currently. New rules, allowance of newly signed players like this season with cues brothers, all defaults etc.
So from all the clans points of view you should see no difference other than ash requesting team lists as opposed to me the majority of changes would be in the background and free up my time, which i really don't have to continue as current set up. I would still assist and if for whatever reason ash can not cope i could always step back in but hopefully this would never need to happen.
If captains can advise / post that they are happy with this we can move forward, if anyone has any issues or wants a change please feel free to voice your opinions also.

I am more than happy with that arrangement, but I would stress that any games involving Phoenix, Ash's team lists should be sent to horse10000 prior to him seeing his opponents team lists.

Any team lists from Phoenix opponents will be requested by a 3rd party faust not by me at all. (In the interest of fairness)

I think the only real concern of captains is that the guy making the decisions is trustworthy. I don't think anyone other than Ash on rare occasions has ever accused Keith of being anything other than 100% impartial.
I have no doubts over Ash's ability to handle an administrative role, and I'd be surprised if anyone had a problem with the new set up.
We'll probably continue unless a large percentage of the team decides to call it a day and give me an excuse to go out and enjoy the real World a bit more!
Just one last thing - can we have clarification that Keith will be 100% in charge of defaults still?

Happy to see some agreement being made but defaults will and always have been partial to biased decisions. As long as I truly believe who's in charge of defaults I will remain in clans, probably till the end Of the season, if it looks like pantomime my days in clans are limited....
