What is the best free software for recording your screen to upload to youtube?

Bandicam is good (lags on my 1.5 gb ram though) but i know two top tank youtubers i watch use it but they have 8 or 16 gb ram.

I used Camtasia before i lost my disk which was excellent.

I have 6Gb RAM on my laptop, which should be fine for me, as I only plan to record showcase videos for mods and custom builds I create for Kodi / XBMC.
