I just paid up for a membership and I can't see how to change the cue to get one of those sexy personalised jobbies ...
Can anyone tell me how to do it ?

Go onto the in game options, and it says cue-style or something similar
click on the drop down menu and select cue
click on the drop down menu and select cue
