Stuck on Loading Screen

Just came off to go downstairs, and stuck on this screen:

Any ideas what could be causing this? Lost points because I couldn't get on for a tourney

EDIT: Okay it's letting me on now I did Java checks and everything but all was okay...

What could have caused it, in case it happens again?

Probably just timed out mate, just refresh the page usually rectifies it.

Nah I refreshed like 10 times, in the end I just let it try and work and it did, after about 6 minutes
