mirco uk tournament i finish the game off before the time was up and we both got slow punishment and forfeit the game if it was that slow it would not let you finish the game off

Sounds silly but had the white ball stopped moving when you both were DQ for slow punishment?
If it did not stop moving then it is classed as not finished.
If it did not stop moving then it is classed as not finished.

Yes but had the white ball stopped completely after you potted the black. It will only register as game over when the white has stopped.
