There is clan waiting lists for this type of thing. These threads usually get capped in the end. Their is three clan waiting lists around here on the site as there is three leagues.

FCL one is in this forum Clan and League chat.

FBL one is in the FBL league threads located under Funkypool Clan League Management.

I think the TCL has one to if so their thread is at the bottom below the FBL one.
