Getting probs with a windows update that installs fine then it keeps coming back to install again been over 14 days.

Keeps installing does its biz and asks for restart then loops again

Updates are

KB2656351 and KB2600217

Any help appreciated

Punch it......

KB2656351 is a .NET 4.0 Framework update, and it has some shoddy code in it and it's stuck in an install loop. If you could use this tool below to remove it.

Then installing the latest update manually from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=17718

KB2600217 seems to be .NET 4.0 Extended Framework. This you don't really need, so you can just remove this from the 'Add or Remove Programs' feature in the control panel.
